I have this day transmitted a requisition on the Crown Agents for disinfectants to keep the quantities in store up to the standard quoted in my previous minute. In the covering letter forwarding the requisition, quotations are requested for the supply of crude carbolic acid (ferric?) salts of iron in large quantities.
A very full list of
the
wells existing in the city has been prepared and the Assistant Govt Analyst being ready to make analyses for the Board the work of analyzing samples of water from the various wells will be at once proceeded with.
